1. Agreement to Terms

2. Description of Services

Aidiven provides AI visibility and search optimization services, including but not limited to:

• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
• Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Search Experience Optimization (SXO)
• AI-referred visitor journey and enquiry-flow improvements
• Free Audits
• Consulting and strategy services

The specific scope of any paid engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Use the website to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Scrape, reproduce, or republish website content without our written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

4. Free Audit

The Free Audit is an introductory service provided at no charge. It is intended to give prospective clients an overview of their current AI and search visibility. The scan is provided as-is and does not constitute a guarantee of future results. Aidiven reserves the right to limit, modify, or discontinue the free audit offering at any time.

5. Paid Services

Paid services are subject to a separate written agreement. Key points that apply generally:

• Fees and payment terms are defined in the service proposal or contract
• Results from AI and search optimization are influenced by many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes — we do not guarantee specific rankings or AI citation outcomes
• Client cooperation (providing access, content approvals, feedback) is required for timely delivery
• Refund terms, if any, are specified in the individual service agreement
