From Foodmood to AI recommendations.
I'm Sushil Paudel, founder of Aidiven. Before that, I founded Foodmood, the online food delivery platform I started in Pokhara in 2017 and still run today.
Running Foodmood taught me how much a business depends on being easy to discover. Aidiven applies that same lesson to businesses of every kind, for the AI era.
Aidiven is an AI search visibility company based in Pokhara, Nepal.
I hold Aidiven to the same standard we bring to clients — our own AI visibility results, wins and setbacks, are tracked and published in public.
Founder since 2017 · 15+ years in IT · Based in Pokhara, Nepal
I've spent years watching how people find businesses change — from walking past a storefront, to searching Google, to simply asking AI. I didn't read about this shift. I lived through it, and I'm building Aidiven for what comes next.

How it started
I started by helping people discover restaurants. Today, I help businesses become easier for AI to find, understand and recommend.
I founded Foodmood in Pokhara in 2017, a restaurant-discovery and online-ordering platform. People used it to find restaurants, explore menus and order online.
That experience showed me how much a shift in digital discovery can affect a local business — how it appears, and to whom, changes as the way people search changes.
Discovery is changing again. Customers now ask AI what to buy, where to stay and which businesses to trust.

Businesses can't see how AI understands them.
Businesses invest in websites, search and content, but they have no clear way to know whether AI systems understand, mention, cite or recommend them.
You can see how this work is structured on the pricing page. There are no guarantees of rankings or recommendations — only clearer visibility and a plan to improve it.
